Social control of the budget regionalized in SC: analysis of the records of the meetings of deliberative Regional Development Council of Itajai in the period from 2008 to 2010

Abstract

The present article analyses the records of budgeting allocation in the minutes of meetings held by Regional Development Council - RDC from Itajaí, in the lapse of time 2008 at 2010. The focus of these study are decisions of regionalysed budgeting allocation. Document analysis was performed in 26 minutes by ordinary and extraordinary meetings held by RDC from Itajaí occurred in the period of this research. The method of analysis was anchorated in proposals of Bardin (2002). This methodology was contributed for understand allocation process of regionalysed public budgeting by Regional Development Office - RDS from Itajaí. This study high-lights about habitual facts the concern at social control of public budgeting and reveal new facts about the relation between allocation of public resources and regionalysed budgeting.
