KNOWLEDGE AND INTERACTION NETWORK: STUDY IN THE CLUSTER OF APUCARANA

This article aims to analyze the diffusion of knowledge by interacting in local productive arrangement (APL) Hat Apucarana-PR. From the techniques of social network analysis metrics for degree centrality, brokerage, proximity and density of the network of knowledge were used. 146 organizations were surveyed between companies and trade associations. To survey these interactions conducted an exploratory, descriptive study through questionnaires answered by professional organizations. For data analysis content analysis of secondary and primary data was used. The results showed evidence of interaction network is a structural support an environment for the dissemination of knowledge between organizations, especially the dynamic spaces of interaction and knowledge creation in "sub networks". Were also identified that the greatest impacts on the interactions, cooperation and teamwork are the factors related to the issues related to technological infrastructure and management of the enterprises themselves.Downloads
