History of development: limits of a search field

Abstract

This paper discusses how historians can contribute to the debate about the development by structuring research procedures related to a history of the development. The aim is to show how the examination of the development can be done rightly, from research guided by the procedures for the deal historians. In line with this objective, we sought to highlight the delimitation concerning a development history. Noteworthy is the proposition of development research, from the historical methodology, outlined in the discussion presented in this work.
