Abstract

The horizontal cooperation networks have been interpreted as an economic model, which aims to support the evolutionary development, especially micro and small enterprises, due to its role in a joint / cooperative and synergistic, resulting in the enhancement of business competitiveness which consists, directly reflected in the regional economy and localized around the location of the network. Thus, this research aims to propose a model for analysis of levels of competitiveness of horizontal networks of cooperation companies. To this end, we determined the focus of the model on the dimensions of competence and cooperation constituent companies of the network, which is structured in the proposition of the Critical Success Factors - CSFs and the variables that compose them, through a literature search based in systematic pre-set parameters. To structure the mathematical model, we used the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) for the allocation and weighting of the levels of intensity and importance to the CSFs. On this basis, we constructed the X Cooperation Diagram showing the positioning skills coopetitivo overall network and in particular that of each constituent company. Thus, the model, permits the construction of a structured basis for the assessment of levels of competition RCHs. Still, we built a tool to overcome the limit of the diagnosis of coopetitivo cooperation network analysis, occasionally able to identify gaps and shortcomings which limit their performance coopetitivo, causing significant delays in the evolutionary development of the levels of competitiveness.
